Psylocke (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psylocke) originally joined the X-Men in 1987 after a bunch of adventures in the Captain Britain comics as a spy and model. Her first costume was three shades of pink, had puffy sleeves and ribbons attached at the wrist... I guess in case she needed to garrotte someone and nothing else was handy.
Getting The Look
You don't need any extras to put this pink celebration together. There are only four style pieces, and only one of them requires any work to obtain.
Elaborate Slimline legs and Heeled feet are both available at character creation. The Heeled feet have a patch on the side you can colour dark pink to emulate the hanging pieces of cloth Psylocke wore there (this was sometimes coloured pale pink, and sometimes dark, so I just made a choice).
Tech Ninja chest style drops in a variety of places, from as low as CR 11. If it doesn't drop for you it's very easily and cheaply obtainable from the Broker. While this chest piece doesn't quite leave your characters shoulders bare, as Psylocke's uniform did in the comics, the puffy sleeves and exposed skin at the waist are a nice approximation of the jumpsuit style.
The final piece, Checkmate Informant waist, can be purchased from the PvP style vendor for 800 Marks of Valor (that's only four PvP or Legends match wins).

Power, Movement and Weapon Choice
Besides being a powerful telepath Psylocke was original introduced as a 'psycho-blaster', able to project deadly blasts of 'focused telepathic force'. Basically a big psychic laser beam from her forehead. You can select any ability from the Mental Illusion tree for this version of Psylocke, but I found that Psychic Shock works best to duplicate her psycho-blasts.

Accuracy and Playability
Not exact (no pink ribbons!) but a nice tribute to Psylocke's original costume: 7/10. Mental and Psychic Shock fit well for the psycho-blaster specific version of Psylocke, but this game will never have a telepathic butterfly effect: 9/10.
