Rogue

Rogue (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogue_(comics)) is a mutant and X-Man with the power to 'steal' other people's powers with a touch. For a long time this meant she had a strict 'no kisses before date 1,000,000' policy, but has since managed to bone both Gambit and Magneto, so she's doing alright.
Getting The Look
Rogue's X-Men Legacy costume has several elements which are easy to obtain. The chrome skin, chest, feet and arm styles are all available at character creation.

Logistics Officer shoulders drop from the vault or can be purchased from the PvP armor vendor once you reach a PvP combat rating of 87. The Gadgeteer waist is the reward for completing the Technology Is The Future collection, while the Cerebral Claws weapon style is part of the Cerebral weapon pack, available for Station Cash from the Marketplace.

The hardest piece to obtain is the Celtic back style. It's currently only available as a drop during the St. Patrick's Day seasonal event (that's in March). If you don't have it and you're waiting for March to roll around the Split cape style is a passable substitute, as is the Atlantean Monarch back style if you're on  the hero side (though neither looks as good as Celtic).

If you want Wolverine claws the Tech Ninja gloves drop frequently or can be bought cheaply on the auction house. Crystalline skin, simulating Emma Frost's diamond form can be bought from the skin vendor (either at STAR Labs in Metropolis for heroes or Ace Chemicals for villains) and Small Bird Wings (Angel/Archangel) can be bought from the style vendor.

Body type is Monarch Small. You could use a larger or more muscular body type to reflect her duplication of Colossus powers.

Power, Movement and Weapon Choice
Rogue is a character you can play as any power, movement or weapon type. I wanted more of a brawler/tank Rogue to go with her Colossus skin so I chose Earth then added flight, which she could have duplicated from just about anybody. I then used either Brawling or Martial Arts (depending on whether I wanted to use Psylocke's psychic knives which are a Martial Arts only weapon style).

Accuracy and Playability
This style is one of my personal favourites, with the Celtic scarf making it fairly comic book  accurate. Obviously the white X is missing from the chest piece, but apart from that it's very close: 8/10. With a Rogue toon you can play any variation or build, so there are plenty of effective PvE and PvP loadouts. A very fun character to play: 9/10.
