Mystique (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mystique_%28comics%29) was coerced by Professor Xavier and Forge into running around the world in a halter top on secret missions. Kind of like Alias, but instead of wigs there was actual shapeshifting.
Getting The Look
Far easier than Mystique's original style to put together, this is a good option if you're working your way up to the Amazon content, or if you want to roleplay as Mystique on the hero side.
Biker hand style and Emissive Eyes are available at character creation.
Angelic chest style drops frequently from the Police Station or Shady Nightclub duo (dependant on whether you are a hero or a villain). You can also purchase it very cheaply on the Broker. Arkham Riot waist style is the reward for the Gotham Street Signs collection. You should be able to find any that your missing pretty cheaply on the Broker as well.
Winged Fury feet style drops in Tier 2, 3 or 5 content depending on your role (it's easier to obtain for tanks).
I've used Celtic legs here because I like the sheen it gives with the black colouring. If you don't already have this style then there are a few pants style with seams that would work just as well until the next St Patrick's Day event.
Elite 9mm pistols can be found from the Tier 4 PvP vendors.

Character Choices
Power: Gadgets, Weapon: Dual Pistol, Movement: Acrobatics, Body Type: Monarch Small,
Personality: Powerful.
Gadgets is a good match for Mystique's combat style and affinity for weaponry, especially while she was acting as Xavier's spy. During her solo series she was most often seen employing pistols, but a knife or rifle could work just as well if you prefer.
As with classic Mystique you can experiment with different trinkets and guises to represent her shapeshifting abilities.
