The Enchantress (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enchantress_(Marvel_Comics)) is an Asgardian sorceress known as a seducer and controller of men. Mostly Thor, so you know she has good taste.
Getting The Look
Much like Scarlet Witch's various looks, the biggest obstacle to creating the Enchantress' emerald ensemble is access to the Amazon Fury, Part 1 DLC and a CR of 100.
Styles
Hair: Long, Head: Amazon Soldier, Face: None, Accessory: None & Glittering Hearts Aura,
Shoulders: None, Emblem: None, Hands: Formal, Waist: Amazon Hoplite, Feet: Wizardly,
Chest: Noble Warrior, Legs: Amazonian, Back: None, Skin: Human Skin 02,
Primary Weapon: Bare Hands (Hand Blaster).
Hair: Long
Available at character creation or from the hairstyle vendor in the Hall of Doom or Watchtower.
Head: Amazon Soldier
Drops from the Amazon Fury, Part 1 duos: SupplyLines and Ports of Paradise. The style can also be
purchased from the rare style vendors in the Hall ofDoom or Watchtower, but as Amazon Soldier has a very high
drop rate I would advise against it.
Accessory: Glittering Hearts Aura
While she looks great without it, the Glittering Hearts aura is a
perfect add-on for Enchantress. Unfortunately this aura was only
available during the 2016 Valentine Event (as a drop and
purchasable). If you didn't get it there's always Valentine's Day
2017!
Hands: Formal
Available at character creation or from style vendors in the Hall
of Doom or Watchtower.
Waist: Amazon Hoplite
Drops from the Amazon Fury, Part 1 alert Themyscira Divided. The style can also be purchased from the rare style vendors in the Hall of Doom or Watchtower.
Feet: Wizardly
Collection reward for Metropolis Matchups.
Chest: Noble Warrior
While Noble Warrior is the best fit for the chest style, it is harder to find on the broker since they added other styles to the lockboxes. If you don't have it, and can't find or afford to purchases it, then One Piece/Bewitching Battlesuit or another similar style will do.
Legs: Amazonian
There is no direct equivalent of Enchantress' plated (or is that fringed?) skirt in game. The Amazonian legs make a nice version of Enchantress' plated skirt. Joker's Punchline comes close, with separate pieces for the skirting, but part of the style is colour locked to white.
Skin: Human Skin 02
Available at character creation or from the skin vendor at Ace Chemicals (villain) or STAR Labs (hero).
Primary Weapon: Bare Hands (Hand Blaster)
Bare Hands are a default style for Hand Blaster.

Power: Sorcery, Weapon: Hand Blaster, Movement: Acrobatics or Flight, Body Type: Monarch Small, Personality: Powerful.
As a magic wielder Sorcery is the easy and obvious choice with Enchantress. If you wanted something that more closely resembled her ability to control the minds of men you could also chose Mental. There are enough powers in the two trees, especially within Telekinesis, to simulate magical effects like levitation, energy shields etc., and Hand Blasts make effective magical bolts.
I don't think of Enchantress as a flying character, but she has been shown to levitate on occasion so either Acrobatics or Flight will work (at least until we get a teleportation movement power!).
While Flirty might seem like the obvious personality choice, there's something about it that doesn't quite convey the sense of barely concealed menace underneath Enchantress' seductive demeanor. I went with Powerful instead.
really cool, I wanted to ask if u could do dazzler ive been trying 2 make her in game but it never quite looks right, I wanted 2 see what ur take would look like.
ReplyDeleteHey, haven't been very active in game but back now. I can do Dazzler soon!
DeleteI know you've done a few Psylocke costumes, but I was wondering if you could make her lady mandarin costume
ReplyDeleteGeoffrey, currently there's no good substitute for Psylocke's Lady Mandarin helmet. And with the game not updating for quite a while, I'm not sure when I will be posting again sorry...
ReplyDeleteAlright, well then what power & weapon would you suggest using for Angela.
DeleteCelestial, or Earth. Earth being the closest you can get to a super-strength power set at the moment. But I have the same problem with Angela as I do Lady Mandarin... No good helmet or face plate options.
DeleteHope you post something new soon. DCUO is pretty boring right now but your post always give me new ideas.
ReplyDeleteYou have some new styles, also hairstyles and the 4th color. Want to see your Moonstone, Polaris...
I think Amazonian tiaras are good enough for an Angela look.
Had a bit of a break but have some new ones coming this week... Magik, Kitty Pryde, Invisible Woman... Lifeguard?!
