I love the constant flickers of lightning around the hands that the partial Sparking Aura provides. It works well if you want to use Ice as a power, since you still get some lightning effects.
The Mera headpiece isn't perfect, but it's still the closest thing we have to Storm's tiara in game (when coloured right).

I've used two different yellows due to the metallic material of the chest piece. The white is for use on the Mera head piece, to make it look like the part in front is hair; with the added benefit of it looking like Storm's distinctive widow's peak.

Flight is obvious. I then chose Ice as I had the Zeus' Lightning Trinket, and I wanted something different that still fit with Storm's weather manipulation powers. I especially like Arctic Gust and Bitter Winds. I also added in some of the Flight movement powers that look like wind manipulation.

Looks nice. If you use the gold material from the champion pack on the shoulders looks even more cohesive.

Hey, thanks. Yeah, I updated the punk look. The problem is the shirt is more of a crop top, and Storm wore a singlet that covered her stomach. I might post it anyway. :)
