Psylocke - Australian Armor

Psylocke (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psylocke) and the X-Men lived in the Australian outback for a while, and despite the desert heat she thought a suit of armor was a good costume choice. It was bright pink and lavender, because of course.
Getting The Look
This costume is more of and endgame look, with only two pieces being available at character creation and one that is only obtainable at CR99. You'll also need to be a Legendary member or have both the Origin Crisis and Amazon Fury Part 1 DLCs.

The Runed Hood and Classic cape styles are both available at character creation. Stalwart Defender chest and legs drop from lockboxes or are available for reasonable amounts on the Broker. They're the only chest and leg pieces that can be coloured correctly and have an armored look.

Tech Sniper waist and hands are both style rewards. Hands from the Bibbo's Burger Signature Plates collection, which you can get pretty cheaply on the broker, and the waist from the Sins Of The Father: Episode 3 briefing in open world Metropolis.

The hard part: The Vengeance style armored boots are only available if you chose to be a hero at character creation, have reached a PvP CR of 88 AND have the Origin Crisis DLC (or are a Legendary member). Similarly the Amazon Hoplite shoulders drop from the Themyscira Divided alert, which you need the Amazon Fury Part 1 DLC and a CR of 100 to access. When colouring both the feet and shoulders there will be some metallic parts that naturally appear darker. To even them out use the second, lighter, purple colour in the Palette 03 slot.

To simulate the mask Psylocke wears under her hood I chose the Barbarian skin type and coloured the tattooed sections the same colour as the pink of her costume. All other face masks cover your characters eyes (except for Archer, which is too small, or Oan Tech Mask which is blocky and gives your character glowing eyes as a default).

Body type chosen is Monarch Small with Powerful for personality type.

Power, Movement and Weapon Choice
Australian era Psylocke is a powerful telepath. Choose Mental and focus on the Illusion tree. There are plenty of powers within that to choose from, but I like Phantom Flames and Psychic Shock for mental blasts. As with Emma Frost the closest weapon type is Hand Blaster since neither are melee fighters or use any type of weaponry.

Acrobatics is the only suitable movement type, but you shouldn't need to use any skills from the acro tree.

Accuracy and Playability
A very close facsimile of Psylocke's Australian era armor. Plus it's just a really cool look: 9/10. Using Mental abilities you can simulate Psylocke's telepathic powers and be effective in both PvE and PvP: 10/10.
